first, you have to make the soybean paste. To make this kind of special stuff, things that you have to prepare:
water
meat (150 gram)
ginger (1 spoon)
chicken extract (1 spoon)
chopped green onion
to do the soybean paste, you have to put the mayonnaise into a boal, then pour some water into the boal, mix it.
then you have to mix the meat with the ginger, chicken extract and chopped green onion.
put the things that we made on the second step into the pan, cook it until the meat went golden.
do this step as soon as possible, pour the mayonnaise into the pan with the meat, mix them together until the oil is floating on the surface.
and that were the steps for making the soybean paste. for the noodles, the only things that you have to do is boil the noodles with hot water in the pot for ten minutes. take it out and then put it into a beautiful boal. finally pour the soybean paste onto the noodles and that is all done.
PREPARE:
350 ml cooking oil
500 g spring Onions
100ml dark soy sauce
100ml light soy sauce
30-50ml white sugar
noodles
Put the sugar, old soy sauce and light soy sauce into a bowl for later use
Wash the scallion, cut off the white parts of the scallion, and keep the green parts
Pour oil into the pan and warm oil into the scallion
Turn low heat to slowly cook the caramelized yellow and remove (note: with a bit of yellow-green, do not burn)
Wash the pot, pour in a small amount of water, and then pour the soy sauce, soy sauce and sugar into the pot to boil
Mix well enough until the scallion oil is finished
Take another pot, pour the water into it, and when the water boils, add the noodles. When the noodles are soft, remove them quickly and put them into the pot. Pour the seasoning and scallion oil, and mix well(and then it is done)
